Beiseker Station Museum

Our hours are Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (closed noon – 1:00 PM for lunch)

Friday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We have moved into our Fall Winter & Spring Hours – the Information Booth and Caboose are closed for the season and will re-open in July. Until then, the Museum & Sod House are on display for your visit!

Come visit one of the few remaining rural train stations in Alberta and learn about Beiseker’s early settlers. Beiseker Station Museum is housed in a CPR station that has stood at the foot of main street since 1913.

In the spirit of respect, reciprocity and truth, we honour and acknowledge this land as the home of Indigenous peoples, who have been displaced through settlement. As a museum we have a responsibility to the past, the present, and the future, and we are actively working to understand how to practice this responsibility in ways that respect all peoples, considers privilege and power, and leads to a more equitable future for all. Please contact us if you would like to discuss our efforts.
